Research Foundation Institute, established in 1972, is a registered body of social scientists, academicians, writers and journalists. The renowned Sociologist Dr. R.N. Saksena, former Vice-Chancellor Kashi Vidhyapeeth, Varanasi was the founder President of the Institute. Presently, Padma Bhushan Shri T N Chaturvedi, former Governor of Karnataka, Prof I P Singh, Ex-Head Anthropology Department, Delhi University, Prof Yogendra Singh, eminent Sociologist, Dean JNU are presidium members and Padmashri Prof Dr. Shyam Singh Shashi, Ph.D, D.Litt, PG Management (England) is the President of the Institute and Chancellor of the International Roma Cultural University Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Among the Guest Faculty to mention a few are - Dr. Dharam Vir Mahajan, former HOD Sociology and Principal, Meerut University, Dr. Richa Singh (HOD), Sociologist, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Mrs. Santosh Khanna, Professor of Human Rights, Associate Prof Yashwanth Kumar, M.A. Social Work, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Prof S S Bhakri, Director UN-UESCO studies etc.
