About EKAS Mission in 9 LGF, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi

‘UNITY’, POWER OF ONE- Many talk about ‘one’. But have you ever thought why this “One”? Because there is just ‘One God’ and ‘One World’. There are no boundaries or regions created by GOD; every division is done by Man. The World Ocean is called by different names in different areas. It is the same water body, containing the same water but named differently. Similarly GOD is one but different name like Ram, Allah, Waheguru are given to him. His message is the same and in fact all the names given to almighty as mentioned above can be found in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. We have divided the sky, land & water into regions, name, countries & continents. But there is ‘One World’. ‘Ek pita Ekas ke hum barikh’, meaning we have one father i.e. ‘GOD’ and we all are HIS children.

‘Ekas’- the mission as we have named it, is an effort to accomplish a ‘One world for mankind’. It’s an effort to work together towards one mission of kindness and offering a helping hand for our fellow beings. All roads lead to one goal and i.e. to seek his blessings and salvation. This can be well explained in the most laymen’s example: Many people who are proceeding to the railway station or any destination sometimes ask the passerby the route to reach the desired point/destination without caring about the caste, creed or religion of that person to seek his guidance. In the same way whoever has shown the path to Almighty without any rituals, superstitions, karam-kands are part of Shri Guru Granth Sahib without any discrimination on the basis of caste, religion and language.

It is we who have given different names to the ocean and regions of the Earth otherwise he created only one ocean. It is we who put divisions into his creation. It is amazing that the color of the blood of every human being is the same.

Guru Granth Sahib Ji, a collection of bhajans of different saints belonging to different caste, religion and language is the sole motivator for this mission. When we bow our heads in front of ‘Guru Granth Sahib’, we bow down in front of Kabirji, Faridji, Namdevji, Bhagat Ravidass ji, Dhanna Jat, Jaidev Ji, Bhikan Ji, Sadhna & all those saints whose teachings are a part of Guru Granth Sahib who come from different regions with different languages like Varansi, Afgan, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Bengal, Oudh, Sindh.
