For more than four decades, Olympus Opto Systems India Pvt. Ltd (formerly Olympus India Pvt. Ltd.) has been manufacturing and marketing microscopes in India. In these years, the company has been committed to providing Olympus’ gold-standard products to its Indian customers, primarily Medical Colleges, Pathology Labs, Universities and students in various fields of Life Sciences.

The establishment of a new TUV-certified ISO 9001: 2008 manufacturing facility in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh, has enabled Olympus Opto Systems to enhance this commitment to its customers.

The widely-popular CH20i and the CX21i series - the microscopes of choice in a number of World Bank-funded public health programmes in India and many other countries – are now manufactured in the NOIDA factory. Till recently, the CX21i was being imported. Making it locally has given Indian customers a substantial price advantage.

Olympus Opto Systems India shares the Olympus philosophy of ‘Customer Delight’. To this end, it has set up a network of sales and service centers in 10 cities across India to ensure timely response for information and service.
