#Process To Place an Order


1. Send a confirmation mail with Product Code & Shipping Address to " suman3734@gmail.com "

2. We will confirm the availability and will reply with our Bank Details.

3. Once the Payment is done, you have to share the screen Shot of Payment Confirmation on our Mail ID i.e. " suman3734@gmail.com "

4. As soon as we receive the required confirmation, your order will be processed i.e we will dispatch the Consignment to the respective shipping address.

Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment should be made in advance.

2. No Change in the order ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED

3. We will not accept any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is contrary to the customer's order. ® Suman Creation will send you a coupon of upto 100/- towards shipping charges in case you have to ship the product back to us (strictly in case of a manufacturing defect)

4. No Re-fund upon completion of the purchase transaction (unless the item is out of stock)

5. Every attempt is made to bring you top quality products but considering the nature of the items (fancy and decorative), warranty of the product is not available unless specified .

Disclaimer

1. We try best to describe the item as is. However, due to digital image capture effects, there is a slight possibility that colors and texture may look different.

2. According to our basic protocol the time required to get your piece ready & delivered is 2-3 weeks. But since these are handmade pieces and lot of external factors are involved, it might take more than 3 weeks for the piece to reach, in which case you would be updated from time to time.
