Neti Ram Maharaj and Arun Negi, the promoters, having disappointed with Indian vegetarian cuisine dining experience and craving the authentic Rajasthani and Gujarati taste decided to open a new restaurant to provide this dining experience.
They have a vision to provide quality Indian vegetarian cuisine through the "Thali Experience" consisting of a wide variety of different dishes providing healthy and balanced nutrition , flavors, texture and colors to create a complete meal.

Arun Negi, a motivated leader with 22+ years experience in organizing and managing services within hospitality environment, is an important face behind the brand "Rajasthali - Ethnic Thali Restaurant".
