Colonel's Kababz is the legacy Late Col KN Kochhar popularly
known as "Kaku" Kochhar. The Colonel had great passion for
food and was also well known for his culinary skills while serving
the Army. The recipes are all original by the Late Colonel. It was
more of a hobby than a profession which ventured out to be his
mega success. The same legacy has been aptly inherited & is being rightly carried
forward.
We take this opportunity to introduce & reintroduce ourselves as that company of
Jawans from the Late Colonel's Army, which over the years has served from our display
kitchen at Defence Colony, in the calm and quiet environment of Som Vihar, in a food
court at a Rajouri Garden mall, fine dine at DLF City-1, Palam Vihar & Noida and the
Colonel's Kababz Xpress take away at Punjabi Bagh.
CK Pros is the Catering Division of Colonels Kababz. Colonel's
Kababz has carved a premium image among its customers
through a constant endeavour for excellence since 1990... a
