In our DFM plan you can select a plan for 10 Days, 15 Days & 30 days where you can tell us what you want for your next day meal and we'll get it prepared for you. The concept DFM plans is specifically designed to cater the needs to those who are dedicated towards their Fitness. Our aim is to help you reach your Fitness goal: Leaning, Maintaining or Gaining your body mass.
