About Parranda Saludable in C-5 vasant kunj, New Delhi

Each event will be directed by a professional Latin American Teacher and his team, which will introduce various aspects of healthy living, including dance workshops, Fitness, Latin Aerobics, nutritional information, fun competitions and quizzes.
Events will be open for people of all ages and the whole families will be invited.
1.The events will start with a small Salsa dance demonstration, showing the guests what they are going to learn in the dance workshop which follows.
2.Salsa Dance & fitness workshop
3.Social dance for practicing the learned steps.
4.Cookery class – the demonstration of making soups and juices for detoxification.
5.Q&A session.
6.Dance performance and social dance.
