Products and Services
This section will detail about the Products and Services that we would like to provide:

1.ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING - Consent for Water Discharges and Air Emissions: As per provisions of Section 25 of the Water Act and Section 21 of the Air Act, if the proposed industrial unit (operation, process or any treatment and disposal system) is likely to discharge sewage or trade effluents into a stream, sewer or on land, and if the proposed industrial unit (operation or process) is located in an Air Pollution Control Area (APCA) , declared by the concerned State Government and is likely to emit any air pollutants into the atmosphere, the facility has to apply to the SPCB for Consent for Establishment or Consent to Establish (CTE) (before the construction begins) and Consent for Operation or Consent to Operate (CTO) for Wastewater Discharges (before the production starts).

2.ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE - As per the EIA Notification 2006 (as amended), projects or activities mentioned in the notification shall require PEC from the concerned regulatory authority, before any construction work, or preparation of land (except for securing the land) is started on the project or activity by the project management. The concerned regulatory authority is the Central Government in the MOEF&CC for projects falling under Category-A of the Schedule and State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) for projects falling under Category-B of the said Schedule.

3.HAZARDOUS WASTE/E-WASTE IMPORT/EXPORT NOC – This is an approval to be taken from Hazardous Substances Management Division (HSMD), Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MOEF&CC) in case there is an export/import of Hazardous Wastes as per the Hazardous Wastes (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules 2008.

4.EHS LEGAL REGISTER – State Level Legal Register (We should focus on preparing Registers for major States in India – Ajay can lead the effort on this). Please note that this is a requirement under the ISO 14001:2004 (EMS).

5.EHS ONLINE REGULATORY SERVICES – think of a name?? Please note that this is a requirement under the ISO 14001:2004 (EMS).

6.EHS ANDROID APP – think of a name and probable working methodology??

7.CSR COMPLIANCE – CSR is a Process where companies integrate Social, Environmental and Economic objectives with company’s operations and growth. Companies/Organizations of a certain financial strength are required to spend a portion of their net profits on CSR activities under the Companies Act 2013 (“Act”). India is the first country to mandate this provision of spending a portion of the Company’s Net Profits on CSR activities through a statutory provision. Section 135 of the Act deals with CSR.

Every company having:
•net worth of INR 500 Crores or more, or
•turnover of INR 1000 Crores or more, or
•a net profit of INR 5 Crores or more.
Every company/organization that satisfies prescribed threshold is required to spend at least 2% of its average net profit of three (3) preceding financial years on specified CSR activities specified in Schedule VII of the Act.
