Les Transformations provides need-based solutions that have been created by years of research with hundreds of schools and thousands of teachers, parents & students. Our programs involve all the stakeholders in a school and include learning transformation of teachers, parents and students. Our engagement with all the stakeholders in last half a decade, touching over one-lakh participants in our courses, has enabled our team in designing courses that we have been asked for by hundreds of schools.
We initiate our engagement with a school by first enabling students with multiple knowledge & skill based workshops and transforming the meaning of education for them. Simultaneously, we engage with teachers and bring transformations in their outlook about the complete education system. This new found knowledge and skill based approach leads them towards creating new experiences in the classroom, thereby making learning & teaching a desirable activity.
We also initiate our parent engagement programs, which take care of parent learning, catering to changing needs of parenting skills nurturing children of all age groups.
