We all have read, and learnt by heart, about the various organs of United Nations, their hierarchy and how the various councils function, in our long-forgotten mid-schooling years. However, few fortunate ones have been able see and be a part of the actual experience.

Model United Nations (or MUN) is aimed at bringing the international system of functioning down to the micro level. It is a simulation of the various councils of United Nations where students assume the roles of delegates of different countries, pose as international organizations and debate over agendas. In the course of this they learn the dynamics of geopolitics, international diplomacy, lobbying, negotiating, resolving conflicts, and above all- arriving at a consensus.

SGGSCC presents you with an opportunity to converge on a common platform and get into the shoes of the delegates of different countries and deliberate over a pre-disclosed agenda.

Come with a spirit to go tooth and nail, to give up and to give in and at the same time to over-power and conquer.
