Our Founder, Late Shri. Dharam Pal Bassi established this business in the year 1956, an institution of impeccable knowledge with future related insights for the ever fast growing construction sector of our country by providing best of services with a target of on time delivery of projects.

Keeping in mind the growing value of the company in accordance with the vast untouched Technical fields related to this business, our founder had worked in partnership with our sister concerns i.e. Republic Construction Company , C . Lal & Co and Bassi Builders in order to explore and grab various other work opportunities where experience and complete knowledge of the system were the basic pillars. The Partners of Kamal Construction Company have executed numerous projects in partnership with these companies in both Housing and commercial sectors some of them being : Nirman Bhawan , Vigyan Bhawan , Pushpa Bhawan . etc. The collaborated efforts of these companies also made a name for themselves in government as well as non-government projects by the year 1979 .

In addition the partners of Kamal Construction Company have also worked in partnership with M/s. Ansal properties & Industries Pvt. Ltd. in construction and completion of the Ammunition factory and Testing facilities for Iraq Defence Services . The company had also constructed 80 M.T. high grain silos and Multi – storied car parking in Iraq itself . Over the years the back-bone of this company Late Shri Dharam Pal Bassi had strengthened its foundations by introducing his sons into the company as partners.

Kamal Construction Company is one of the longest established building concerns , with traditional experience passed on to the family which is into the construction sector for over sixty five years. The organization has gained professionally through understanding in letter and spirit from ancestral lineage. This company was incorporated in 1980’s and the organization has kept itself in an evolving stage from time to time since then. The company has successfully completed large number of residential and group housing projects. The company in recent past has worked on contractual basis with GTM builders and Vatika India Next and has successfully completed and handed over the projects to them well before time .
