3.Shipping Charges

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon www.shringaar.co.in shipment to the shipping carrier.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India

Outside India: For single item USD 15 and for each additional item USD 10 will be charged extra.

4.Shipping Notification

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company, these alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery.

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

5.VAT & CUSTOM Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

9.Return & Exchange

a. If the product you have received is altogether different from what you have ordered, complete refund/exchange will be given.
b. Inform us via email (orders@shringaar.co.in) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
c. Product shall reach us within 7 days and should be in original condition for any refund or exchange.
d. In any case we will not be able to refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
