"Ek Muthi Anaaj" - aims to seek contributions from people in the form of grains. This contribution is symbolic - a handful of grain - daily.
The grain is deposited in a bag placed in the homes of the donors for ease of collection. This is then repackaged and further distributed to various beneficiaries such as homeless shelters, old-age homes, orphanages, blind hostels, charitable schools, charitable hospitals, and care centers for abundant patients.
Merely providing food does not help man in the long-run. Empowering them with life sustaining skills is the ultimate enabler.
Therefore we further motivate and assist the underprivileged in acquiring skills and resources which help them to support themselves leading to a secure and fulfilling existence.
