Chef Saby has worked with some of the world’s most innovative and exciting chefs, including Sydney’s Neil Perry at Rockpool, and the iconic Tetsuya. He has travelled extensively studying, learning and working in USA, Spain, France, Italy and Japan. His dishes are an eclectic blend of exciting textures, colours and flavours to delight all the senses.
He has been the recipient of many awards, including the President of India’s “Best Chef of India” award in 2012 as well as “Best International Chef 2012”in the Varli Culinary awards, New York.
Chef Saby was Director of Kitchens for Ai, the Japanese restaurant, Lap the Club, Olive Beach, Olive Qutab and The Moving Kitchen by Olive. Long regarded and rated as one of the top chefs of India, he was awarded and featured in the elite list “Gourmet Gurus 2011 & 2012" of the country by Food and Nightlife magazine.
