Subscription Services: IANA today, is probably the most organized, efficient and customer friendly subscription agency in India. Being in the field since 2008, IANA has continuously changed and adapted its functioning with the sole aim of customer satisfaction. Our wide and varied profile of customers spread over the country and outside speaks for the level of services provided by us. The entire subscription processing operation has been automated, which few other subscription agencies in India have done till now. Our current database contains some 2000 titles from about 200 odd publishers. This database is updated on a daily basis to provide clients with the access to the latest information on any journal. Door Delivery Service : IANA is perhaps the only company in India to boast of an organized door delivery setup for newspapers and magazines to its clients. With a distribution team of almost 60 people, the operations of this division commence from 3 am and continue till 8 PM, all 365 days of the year, irrespective of weather conditions, striving to deliver to the customer in time and ahead of the competitors. Covering a large part of New Delhi and Delhi, the clientele include all strata starting with the President and the Prime Minister of India, down to Cabinet Ministers, Government officials and libraries, institutions, corporate houses and individuals. The average number of items physically handled on a daily basis is almost 5000.

Wholesale Distribution : The two local divisions at New Delhi and Mumbai, handle the distribution of newspapers and magazines in bulk for publishers. The physical distribution is done through the 50+ dealer network in each city covering the 100+ outlets each in both New Delhi and Bombay. On the other hand the All-India division undertakes distribution of titles on a countrywide basis made possible by the 150+ agents setup located in various metros, cities and towns. At present, IANA handles the distribution for several popular and important magazines and newspapers.

Journals Subscription : A major division of the business, IANA perhaps has the most efficient subscription service in the country. No wonder, the client list is geographically so spread out and growing. The subscription division handles about 500+ orders every year for its 200 odd subscribers which include institutions, individuals as well as corporate clients, all demanding high standards of service. IANA is a preferred subscription agent for publishers.


Exports : IANA exports a wide range of Indian magazines, newspapers, books, audio/video cassettes and CD-ROM's, both in bulk as well as to individual clients. IANA also has the distinction of being the sole supplier of newspapers and magazines to all Indian missions overseas.

Handling/Distribution Services for Journals: IANA being a subscription agency, understands the importance of timely delivery of journals to subscribers. IANA also has a separate setup for providing mailing/handling/distribution services to publishers. A trained team handling this department ensures safe and swift dispatches of all issues within 48 hours of their receipt in New Delhi.

Electronic Clipping Services : An offshoot of the data processing division, this department offers a unique news clipping service with scanned images of news clippings made available to clients via email.
