About Gati Dance in S-17, Khirkee Extension, New Delhi

Gati Dance Forum's projects and activities serve to:

- create an environment that strengthens connections between members of the dance community through critical dialogue and sharing of artistic practices

- promote a critical discourse on contemporary dance practice through seminal research and new writing

- facilitate the professional development of emerging dance practitioners through an integrated education programme

- facilitate the production and dissemination of investigative work by emerging and established artists in the country

- engage with stakeholders in the dance community to advocate for improved infrastructural facilities, resources and opportunities for dance practitioners
