Creative Group has won several notable national and international design competitions including Airports at Chennai, Vadodara, Raipur and Goa and their city-side development. The multi-modal Metro station at Chennai Airport, designed by us, is contemplated as the first such facility in India connecting four modes of transport. The Kongu Convention Centre, one of the largest of its kind in India, is a great example of Architecture ingenuity to create an iconic structure that is sustainable yet cost effective. The Textile Valley in Tamil Nadu is a first of its kind integrated Business facility for the bourgeoning Textile industry in the region. Some of our other recent projects include in LIC housing (Jaipur), Corporate Office for OIL India Ltd. In Jodhpur, Office for Haryana Power Generation Corporation in Panchkula, Corporate office for Suguna Poultry, housing for TERI, Ananda housing etc. With a consistent record of delivering designs as per intent and within time and budget, our projects have won many accolades and received much acclaim from the press, profession and general public alike.
Prof. Charanjit Shah, founder principal, leads the Creative Group team. Prof. Shah is a multi- facetted personality with vast experience as the chief designer for infrastructure, institutional, industrial and recreational projects besides corporate interiors, etc. Architect, educationist & academician, Prof. Charanjit S Shah established Creative Group with a sincere approach towards Green Architecture in India. Besides conceptualizing and executing many highly acclaimed architectural projects, he is widely travelled with international exposure and many awards to his credit. His passion for sustainable, simple and bold architecture reflects in his design ideology.
Ar. Gurpreet Singh Shah, Principal Architect, M.S in Urban Design and recipient of William Kinne Fellowship award, Columbia University, New York, who gained his early experience while associated with International Architects of repute in USA, revolutionized the scale and methodology, expanded the boundaries of practice globally. He has more than a decade of local and international architecture and urban design experience. With his vision to deliver a new generation of Infrastructure, Airports and Mass transit facilities that are sustainable and also give a world class travel experience, Gurpreet has pioneered sustainable infrastructure designs in India.
Mr. Prabhpreet Shah, Executive Director, MBA in finance from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.He is a recipient of the Dean’s List and Merit List award from the school and has nine years of rich international experience.As the Real Estate and Financial expert, Prabhpreet leads Project Management, valuation, Feasibility assessment and Real Estate analysis at the firm. He envisions to define next-generation facilities that integrate sustainability practices with cost effective financial models. Prabhpreet has led the Group’s foray into real estate development through URC Creative Developers (P) Ltd – a venture for contemporary real estate development.
Prof. Suresh Chand and Prof. K.K. Mitra,are experts in Hospital Planning. Prof.H.R. Suri is a mastersin Urban Planning from UK, and former President of Indian Institute of Town planning an expert in High-rise buildings and in socio-economic field for implementation of the projects.
