Shiv Shakti Yoga and Meditation Centre is being run by renowned Yoga and Meditation expert Dr. Dolly Luthra since 2002.
She is the recipient of National Health award and National Excellence award from Central Research Institute of Medical Sciences for the outstanding achievements in field of Yoga and Naturopathy.
She had completed her professional qualifications form Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (DY), Ministry of Health and Family welfare and Tamil Nadu Physical education and Sports University (M.Sc.), Chennai and Ph.D from Samskrutham University, Florida,USA. Her training and teaching expertise comes from an 8 year teaching experience at Chandra Arya college of Yoga and Naturopathy aided by Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy and Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, a deemed university.

She is a fellow of the Central Research Institute of Medical Sciences in Asthma and Respiratory System.

It is observed that the combination of Yoga and Healing Meditation was able to cure various diseases and benefitted many people. In some cases the results were much better as compared to other alternative treatment methods.

The purpose of this centre is to provide the Traditional & scientific Yoga and Healing Meditation techniques, which were gifted to us by ancient Yogis and Rishis, so that we can keep our body and mind healthy and fit.
