''Mode of Payment''

''Shipping''
Shipping charges may vary as we are tied up with different vendors. Usually it would be Rs.60-100 upto 500 gm of order weight. Can go higher depending on the volumetric weight!

''Shipping Process''
- Once paid, all orders would be dispatched within 1 to 4 working days. Usually 1-2 however can be upto 4 since we are tied up with different vendors.
- Shipping details and delivery timescales will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
- Standard Timeframe: 3 to 7 working days
- We ship our orders via professional courier services within the stipulated timescales. In one off scenario, an order might get delayed due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Orders for distance > 400kms or remote areas have a possibility of delay.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE

- Expect high-class quality in terms of packaging and products as our products have been handpicked with utmost care.
- In a rare event wherein the product has been delivered in a damaged/defective state, buyers need to inform us within 24 hours of it being delivered. Buyers need to give us images as a proof of damage to be produced to for a dispute. We would then look into the matter and would get back to the courier partners to investigate further. We have never faced such an issue as happy customers is our utmost priority.
