YAK Maritime Academy

Has independent training campus spread over sprawling 42 acres of land located at Khopoli (apprx. 40 Kms from Navi Mumbai). It is a self contained unit in a very scenic and pollution free environment with salubrious climate.

It has independent marine, welding, fitter, chemistry, physics and seamanship etc workshops of over 8000 sq ft area. We have a large size swimming pool of 30mts (L) X 20 mts (W) X 18ft (Depth) with diving and HUET underwater training facilities.

It has modern residential cabin type accommodation for the trainees with a separate hostel facilities for female candidates. The campus provides various outdoor and indoor sports facilities. It has a state of the art gym facility.

The campus is planned to grow manifold into Marine Engineering courses in near future.

Our successfully passed out cadets and ratings have been absorbed in various National and International Shipping Companies.

YAK Institute is a Distance Learning Center of World Trade Center University, USA for courses in Logistics, Supply Chain and Retail Management.

YAK Diving Academy

It is a young diving academy, established in 2008 for training candidates for various underwater jobs. It will provide diving technician course with facilities for underwater welding / cutting / videos copy, hull related maintenance and repair jobs. Approved by IDSA (international diving school association) France.

YAK Diving Services Pvt Ltd

This company has been established for undertaking various shallow water ship repair and related jobs. The company will be preferring employment for its own trained divers. Member of IMCA and IDSA.

YAK Shipping Services Pvt Ltd

Yak shipping services is into Freight Forwarding company and having its offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Tuticorin, Jaipur, Kandla, Kochi and Kanpur. We handle all import and export consignments from all the above mentioned ports.
