We are Knockdown a privately owned Mix Martial Arts & Cross Training Gym and we have been there since the year 2013 knocking down the orthodox ways of workouts and bringing in the innovative ideas to transform what we call as temple – Our Human Body !!

What really makes our training exceptional is the hands-on approach we provide for our clients. Every time you work out you will train with a coach so that you learn and execute the postures and the movements correctly depleting the probability of injuries. There is sense of community that arises in the presence of like-minded and strong willed people, working out together, which make you more motivated and the workouts more engaging.
