Treats & Bites is more than just a hobby. Cooking, baking is my way of expressing what I am most fond of, all of it from the kitchen at my home. I truly believe that good food brings family and friends together. It doesn't have to be elaborate but simple yet inviting. And to share the secrets to help spread this, I also conduct workshops for my treats and desserts.

Besides good ingredients, to become a good baker all you need is some bit of passion, some time and some patience in the kitchen. Practice does eventually lead to excellence so I encourage my students to start easy and as your confidence builds you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.

With recipes that are simple, easy and authentic, you can learn classic and creative baking in a professional but informal atmosphere of my home. And what you take home is not only your creations but also new set of skills and perhaps a hobby that you can share with many!
