About Unity Group in R-125, Panchsheel Nagar, SP road, Wadala east, Mumbai

"Unity Group" is the Social Enterprise based at Mumbai. The basic idea behind this venture is provide income generation alternative to women especially those who belong from bottom of society. So, We started Incense stick (Agarbatti) production business from my house on small scale. Incense stick production doesn't any required special skills and through the experience women can easily learn this within two or three days.

I have been working in Development sector from last one decade and have urge to do something for marginalize and underprivileged women from Urban and Rural setting. But Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is turning point of my life. My Institute and classmate, Partners provide keen support to this idea.
