Founded by Rukmini Honawar, Runah Salon is now successfully run by Akshata Honawar who is the Creative Director. She started her career seven years ago and is now an internationally trained hair stylist, colourist and an accredited member of L’Oréal’s Professionnel Dream Team responsible for the artistic act for the Colour Trophy, which is the most glamorous and prestigious hairdressing event in the world. She is also one of the youngest members selected from India for the Haute Coiffure Française (HCF). Akshata has crafted new looks that are highly thought of throughout the industry - as a result of which she enjoys a niche clientele from Mumbai’s famed film and fashion industry.
