ProjectWatch is born out of a need to protect the investment of common man in construction projects undertaken by private builders. ProjectWatch will always remain an independent body free of all influences of the construction industry and present the true picture to its members. ProjectWatch will not accept any advertisement or gratification of any type from the construction industry and will meet the cost of its operations through membership fees paid by subscribers of the monitoring mechanism.

ProjectWatch will set up a transparent mechanism for monitoring a construction project. It will allow subscriber members to get an update on the construction activity at a fixed time interval. ProjectWatch will also provide its members an opportunity to interact with each other and exchange views on the project.

The mechanism for monitoring a project will be a 20 point system with each met criteria awarded a point. The quality of the project will thus become transparent to our members. For each criteria met by the construction firm, the documents will be made available online to ensure complete transparency.
