Hi, I am Mayuri Gandhi! A Daughter, A Wife, A Yoga Teacher, and most importantly, A Mother, to two wonderful daughters and one son-in-law! I have done my MA in Yoga and have been teaching, studying and practicing yoga for quite some time! Pregnancy is a wonderful period in your life. The mother and and child bond is the most divine of all , it needs to be nurtured from the womb so the life inside you can bloom. I teach my students pranayam,meditation, garbh sanskar, mantras pregnancy exercises and yog asanas and guidance. Yoga has proved to be beneficial to the child, by improving the child's overall development, intelligence and focus. So give your to be born child a gift that will shape her/his life, right from the womb.
