BACKGROUND/PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

I am working as a personal trainer since 2011. Having been in the health and fitness industry for 8 years, I have extensive knowledge and experience in developing a wide variety of exercise programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. I believe in intense training programs that are rich in variety, result oriented and that challenge not only the muscles and the cardiovascular system, but also the link between the mind and the body. I aim to help my clients discover a sense of mindfulness, creativity and fun in their fitness practice, which hopefully carries to lead healthy lifestyle. As a trainer, the most rewarding part of my job is helping client to gain the strength, mobility and confidence to feel great while doing the activities they enjoy.
My workouts include using the TRX Suspension System, kettle bells and free weights, as well as incorporating body weight exercises. I Work closely with clients to develop personalised health and fitness plans for them. Also responsible for providing advice on nutrition as well as encouraging clients, giving them feedback and keeping track of their development.
