Network Twentyone, is a training and support method for distributors working with the Amway business.It was founded in 1990 by Jim and Nancy Dornan, distributors with Amway, originally to support their Amway network in the United States and Australia. Through Network Twentyone only members with a track record of success have the opportunity to create and promote motivational courses and literature to benefit all members. This material is known as Business Support Material (or "BSM"). The BSM is primarily to provide assistance, teaching and the influence of association with successful people to the captive market represented by the membership of Network 21 or Amway IBOs ("Independent Business Owners") in the building of their own independent businesses. The income of those members who have built successful businesses using the Network 21 system is derived substantially from the sales volume consumed by IBOs referred directly and indirectly by the successful member. Network TwentyOne operates in more than 35 countries and is considered one of the largest Amway related organisations in the world.
