The iFit Studio was the initiative of a group of like-minded individuals who came together with a motive - to redefine fitness in India. The core founding team includes Anil Nair, a former national badminton champion, Rakesh Menon a renowned Tai Chi expert who trains clients like Leander Paes, Anurag Rao a former soccer state player, p90X graduate, entrepreneur & fitness enthusiast & Kannan Ranganathan, who keeps abreast of latest fitness trends worldwide.


Simply put, functional training is a method that focuses on exercises that enhance an average person's everyday tasks. Functional fitness, with its approach makes one leaner, agile and athletic, as opposed to traditional gyms which focus mainly on ‘looking good’, and overwork certain muscles, often at the cost of others.

Functional training is suited for everyone – for "everyday people" who want to get into better shape and have more energy to go about daily activities, and for elite athletes. some of our exercises are performed by top athletes such as LeBron James, Djokovic, and Farhan Akhtar to name a few.
