1. Order once placed can be cancelled within 6hrs from the time of booking. To cancel order call on 9702635432.
2. Adult pics are not allowed. We hold the right to reject your order if you upload any objectional and copyright pic.
3. In case of copyright pic user will be responsible for it if action taken by the copyright owner of respective image. casenx take no responsibility in such case.
4. You should mention the type of mobile case you required, your complaint can not be entertained if you failed to do it and got wrong type of case.
5. If you got a wrong case it can be change/replaced in case of wrong shipping.
6. Complaints on cover quality cannot be entertained, but if you have complaint on print then you can contact us on +91.9702635432.
7. The print quality will depend on your image quality so select your best quality pic for printing, if you send bad quality pic the print quality will be the same and casenx will not be responsible in such case, however you can contact us for wrong print.
8. After delivery , casenx will not be responsible for any damage or scratch occurred on case by you.
