Nalanda Securities has a research division, under Mr. Ketan Dedhia and Mr. Mayur Shah who have over ten years of experience in capital market.

The research division is equipped with the latest hardware and software required for data analysing and preparation of reports.

The division is in the process of building a team of analysts to cater the growing research demanding clientele-mainly institutional and HNIs.

The division has a library consisting of latest annual reports (of over 500 largely traded companies), prospectus, offer documents, company profiles and research reports.

The research division also subscribes to various industry newsletters and magazines. The division’s electronic database includes fundamental and technical research software such as Capitaline2000, Newswire 18 and Falcon.

The research activities include constant monitoring and analysing of news, results, events of corporate & sector specific. Research is then carried out on companies that look strong on fundamentals and cheap on valuations. The division then prepares a research report on the basis of available information and after talking to the management. A detailed analysis on every company is highlighted in the report. The reports made by the division include a base report; result updates, impact reports, and management meet reports.

We have a fortnightly research report which is distributed to our clients on a fortnightly basis. We also have a technical report which is sent by email to our clients on a daily basis.
