Returning to India after working at Michelin starred restaurants by Chefs Gordon Ramsay and Frank Camorra in Melbourne& observing the limited gourmet produce available to the culinary industry, inspired Jatin to use his expertise and make available, high quality produce used all over the world, accessible to world class chefs in India.

Thus was born CHEF GROWN PRODUCE, a company focused on delivering world-class gourmet produce, grown by a chef himself.

Our first offering to the market are exquisite MICROGREENS

What are they:

Micro-greens are a specially bred small form of edible greens, harvested when they're 1 to 1 1/2 inches long. They pack unto 8 times the nutrition as their fully grown version.

Their increasing popularity is due partly to their ability to pack a lot of flavour in a small amount, as well as their flexibility in being included in a dish. Mix them to create a small, flavourful and delicately textured salad, or use only one or two greens to give a plate a final touch.

Micro-greens, in addition to their strong flavours, are also lauded for their health benefits, meet the new superfood in town.
