H-Energy Private ltd was established in 2009 with a vision to contribute to the economic growth of the country by offering world-class, environmentally safe and sustainable energy solutions. H-Energy has forayed into various businesses including LNG Re-gasification Terminals and Natural Gas Pipeline Infrastructure.

H-Energy intends to facilitate gas supplies to the downstream industries, city gas distribution, power plants, fertilizer plants and refineries, as a replacement fuel to the costly liquid fuel/coal being utilized at present. H-Energy is currently developing LNG regasification terminals and cross-country pipelines on the west and east coast of India. These infrastructure projects will entail investments up to USD 2.0 billion. This will not only result in cheaper and environmentally suitable alternative fuel but will also help by reducing cost of production in the target downstream industries through strategic long-term sourcing of the cheapest LNG available globally. This will lead to a profitable and competitive market.
