RAGC has been started as an effort to fulfil the requirement of the industry and to make the student “INDUSTRY READY”. RAGC is a provider of vocational education and training with an objective to make “India the capital of skilled manpower” by enlightening, empowering, and engaging the underprivileged youths with vocational skills and employment opportunities.

We have successfully managed to train 8000 students since 2008.We are sure that vocational education will be a path to create demand for India’s youth populace across the globe thus leading to a lasting and sustained upsurge in the Indian economy.

RAGC has been established with the primary purpose to help companies to nurture these talents and to cope up with the pressure of changes in business & technology.

RAGC has launched various programs in Construction, Automobile, Retail, Building Services and Maintenance, Hospitality, Electrical, etc that helps in generating a reservoir of skilled manpower for the Industry with the right kind of skill, knowledge and attitude.

We are specialized in training of the grey collar workers i.e. supervisory role and till date have trained more than 1000 students and successfully placed them. The feedback of our Industry partner stands testimony towards the success of our students.
