Our highly dedicated team of experienced chefs is guided and motivated by our renowned head-chef, Mr Hafizullah Ansari, formerly of The Taj and The Oberoi. An expert chef and a spirited foodie, Chef Ansari is a seasoned veteran of many cuisines and an inspiration to the rest of the team.

Managers, Attendents and Stewards at GreenLeaf are professionally trained, well-experienced personnel who lavish attention on minute details that are crucial to customer satisfaction. The operational team functions seamlessly as a single unit right from enquiry and booking, through the stages of planning, ordering, execution, reporting, implementations, check points, tasting, serving & feedbacks till closure.
