About Nisarga Playschool in opp KPT ground, NH-66 Kadri Hills, Bejai post, Mangalore

Nisarga was inaugurated on 2nd march 2003 by Sri P.P Hegde, Rev. Dr. Ronald Cutinho, Smt Vijaya Kini and Dr. Pawan Hegde. It started with just 8 students in the first month and now, with over a decade of its existence, has nurtured more than 1000 children. We believe that every child is special and unique, and at Nisarga we give them their own pace to learn and develop this uniqueness. Here everyone and everything around you is a teacher. We ensure that every child learns and develops in the best possible way. Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood. And thus our motto
“ Learn while you play,
Play while you learn”
Children here are encouraged to sing, draw, paint dance, play and take part in various competitions held during the academic year. Every festival Christmas, Diwali or Eid, Nisarga celebrates each one with its kids and their families with its highest spirits. Celebrating these festivals not only teaches them the significance of each, but gives them an opportunity to go on stage and showcase their talents. Childrens day sports day annual days are some of the event that take place throughout the year. We also organise school trips which gives the entire Nisarga family i.e. children with their families and the staff an opportunity to just relax and celebrate happiness.
