Bansal Alloys & Metals (P) Ltd. was incorporated in 1985 and managed by professional board of directors comprising the right mix of experience and vision with the dynamism of youth and entity. Mr. Prem Chand Bansal, chairman of the company is highly acclaimed for his unique management perception, carries a very rich experience spanning more than 50 years in Iron & Steel Industry. Mr. Raj Kumar Bansal, managing director and is assisted by the other directors Mr. Vijay Kumar Bansal, Mr. Rajesh Bansal, Mr. Rajiv Bansal & Mr. Sanjay Bansal.

PRODUCTS
Steel Casting: The Company undertakes special casting purchase orders as per the design & drawings of the customers. We manufacture casting machinery parts for various industries such as; Sugar Mill Machinery, Rubber Mills Machinery, Rolling Mills Machinery, Cement Mill, Paper Mill, Mining Industry, Sponge Iron Industry etc. weighing up to 25 MT single piece.

Alloy Steel Base Rolls (Adamite):These rolls are alloyed with Nickel, Chromium, Manganese and Molybdenum with Carbon content between 0.50% and 2.00% as well as little amount of Vanadium is also added for the improvement of better microstructure. These are capable of a higher mechanical strength with thermal and wear resistance. These rolls undergo a sophisticated multi-stage high temperature Heat-treatment (Double Annealing followed by tempering cycle) to give the combination of hardness, toughness and wear resistance required for the particular application. The lower carbon grades will have a structure consisting of ferrite arid fine Pearlier which, as the carbon content is raised, transition to a fully Paralytic structure and on to one containing free carbide in a matrix of fine Paralytics and even some Bainite for the higher carbon grades. All rolls of this material are statically tangentially single poured.

Alloy steel rounds:Bansal alloys takes pride in being recognized as the leading producer of hot rolled steel rounds. The steel round has a universal purpose either in machine-building or other industry branches. We have built our reputation for having the superior quality material as per our customer needs and available as per given schedule. Our size range covers 15 mm to 200 mm diameter. We are specialized in quality bars with superior size tolerance, straightness & defect free surfaces.

Structural steel:Already running steel Rolling Mill Plant for manufacturing of joist (Girder) & Channels under ISI & ISO 9001-2008 marked company since 1971. Our girders and channels hold an excellent reputation and quality name in the Indian iron market. M/S Bansal Iron & Steel rolling Mills are one of the earliest mills in north India for manufacturing of Joists(Girders) & Channels located in Mandi Gobindgarh (The steel town of India), Punjab.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company we follow our quality control manuals. All the raw material such as; scraps, Ferro Alloys, refractories, foundry material are purchased from authorized dealers/Reliable sources/Manufacturers. and thoroughly checked as per standards and stocked/stored accordingly. For the manufacture of casting patterns are accurately inspected. Sand is used after testing. Methodizing is completed after studying cooling and solidification curve and the process is re-checked for formation of cavities. Moulding, core setting and box closing is done under strict supervision of our qualified representative.

TESTING CAPABILITY
Bansal Alloys & Metals (P) Ltd. has comprehensive mechanical testing facilities which include impact testing, tensile testing and non-destructive testing. The company uses the most advanced equipments such as; Ultrasonic testing and highly sensitive mobile spectrometer, Rockwell testing machine, D.P. testing machine, specialized dye penetrate and magnet particle technique etc.
