Ananda Lakshmi Ayurveda Retreat invites you to embark upon one of the greatest journeys you can make - the journey into yourself, into the centre of your own Being.

We would like to offer you the possibility of rediscovering your True Nature. To make this journey easier, we mean to use a variety of well known methods - ayurveda, yoga, meditation, pranayama, sound healing, dance therapy and some other techniques of psychotherapy and spirituality.

As life is a synonym for health so too our main aim is to protect and support it. Our motto says "In healthy body healthy Spirit … and the other way around - when healthy in Spirit the healthy body can manifest. In order to maintain health, the balance between physical and spiritual has to be maintained. This is what we aim: to help all our travellers in reaching such perfect balance.

ISIS Ayurveda Retreat is based on 12 rooms only as we believe that a good Ayurvedic treatment center that wish to pay full attention to each client cannot be performed in big resorts or hotels. Our retreat has been builded with deep attention to all the details in order to create the place which holds the specific healing energy in full respect with Nature. Deluxe diamond shaped villas corresponding to the pentagon geometric symbol are obtained from precise Sacred Geometry calculations which are merged with hindu architecture philosophy - Vastu. The location overlooking the Arabian Sea inspires calm and tranquility and also other facilities as the swimming pool, restaurant and yoga deck are merged together nicely to create a feeling of being home. We recovered where possible old bricks and wood from ancient Kerala palaces and the furniture is in majority hand made or restructured to keep a special atmosphere in the retreat.
