(IIT Madras), Ph.D. (IIT Delhi)}, at Kota, now informally recognized as the IIT capital of India. Dr. B.V. Rao, as an educationist, has been the architect of the careers of thousands of students for over two decades, by empowering, teaching & mentoring such students; to secure berths in various IITs and other respected institutes of the country.
