Hot Point Energy Technologies Pvt Ltd is one the leading energy saving companies based in Kerala in India, established in the year 1994 by its founder chairman Dr. P V Majeed, a medical doctor turned Industrialist and educationalist.

The company is dedicated for the welfare of the community in energy saving and solar energy management. The company started with development and production of high Thermal efficient kerosene wick stove from the year 1994 onwards. It gave relief to millions of house waives against the soot of the kitchen from the fire wood. It was hit in the Indian market during the years 1994 to 2002.

Subsequently company focused in energy saving sector developing innovative High Energy Efficient Appliances. The company also developed a number of Electronic circuits for various applications used in high efficient energy appliances.

The company is strong in manufacturing of devices such as inverters to convert Direct Current (DC) to Alternate Current (AC), AC to DC, DC to DC and AC to AC. The company has also introduced MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracting) Technology along with IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Junction Transistor) in 100% Pure Sine Wave UPS’ and Invertors used at the time of power cut in developing and under developed countries where electricity is a rare commodity.

The other area of the company is the manufacturing of online UPS for any capacity (up to 100KVA). The company has already supplied online UPS’ to various commercial establishments, Cable net network studios, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Mobile phone towers, ATMs Etc.

The company is specialized in manufacturing of Solar Invertors, Solar Home, Solar Street Light, and Solar Floodlight and solar PV Cells. The company has manufactured and executed Solar Street Light in local self Governments in Kerala one of the states in India. Other specialized area of company is LED Lights with high efficiency (Per Watts 130 LM). These Lights can work in Solar as well as Electricity energies. The above high efficient LED can also be incorporated in manufacturing Mini Floodlights with comparatively very low Electricity consumption, when compared to Sodium Vapour Lamps and Metal Hylade.
