PREMAY CORPORATION was established in September 11, 2015 by Mr. Mayank Sharma (Gaur) as india's voluntary,National Organisation for Awareness, Detection, Cure and Survivorship of those affected with cancer disease.
PREMAY CORPORATION has been doing sterling work in fighting cancer across India. It has been and continues to be the beacon of hope for thousands of underprivileged cancer patients. The extent of help required is phenomenal. Most of the patients come to us from all over the country and can't afford two meals a day, In such cases undergoing treatment is beyond their capacity. The PREMAY CORPORATION is entirely dependent on public support for its various activities concerned with financing the treatment and rehabilitation of cancer patients and for spreading cancer awareness and its early detection.
Activities of PREMAY CORPORATION :-
(1) Creating nationwide awareness of cancer, its risk factors, preventive measures, encouraging regular checkups, treatment options and survivorship.
(2) Providing for early detection of cancer through cancer detection centres and mobile cancer detection camps across India, especially for the underprivileged.
(3) Providing funds for the treatment of cancer for poor cancer patients across India.
(4) Providing support during and after treatment to poor cancer patients through accommodation, rehabilitation, and survivor support groups.
(5) Gathering and collating data through the population based cancer registry for India, and providing analytic and projected reports on the incidence of cancer.
(6) Providing a medium for the dissemination of information and research finding to the medical fraternity through the Indian Journal of Cancer.

" We must do more to end the many tragedies that cancer inflicts. About one third of cancer's can be prevented,while other are curable if diagnosed and treated early. And even when cancer is advanced, patients should benefit form palliative care." - Ban Ki -Moon .
Each year on 4 February, WHO and International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) supports Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) to promote ways to ease the global burden of Cancer.
Cancer is the uncontrolled growth and spread of cells. It can affect almost any part of the body. The growths often invade surrounding tissue and can metastasise to distant sites. Many cancers can be prevented by avoiding exposure to common risk factors, such as TABACCO SMOKE .In addition a significant proportion of cancer can be cured, by Surgery, Radiotherapy or Chemotherapy, especially if they are detection early.
KEY FACTS :-
1. Cancer is a leading cause of deaths worldwide accounting for 8.2 million deaths in 2012.
2. Lung, Stomach, Liver, Colon and Breast Cancer cause the most Cancer deaths each year.
3. The most frequent types of cancer differ between men and women.
4. About 30% of cancer deaths are due to the five leading behavioral and dietary risks: High body mass index, low fruit and vegetable intake, lack of physical activity tabacco use, alcohol use.
5. Tabacco use is the most important risk factor for cancer causing 22% of global cancer deaths and 71% of global Lung cancer deaths.
6. Cancer causing viral infections such as HBV/HCV and HPV are responsible for up to 20% of cancer deaths in low- and middle income countries.
7. About 70% of all cancer deaths in 2008 occurred in low- and middle income countries. 8. Deaths from cancer worldwide are projected to continue rising with an estimated 13.1 million deaths in 2030.
