Purple Propshop started its operations in the year 2010 as 4 Walls in Kolkata. During 6 years of its operations, we have facilitated close to 1500 Real Estate Deals and fulfilled as many dreams.

Now with bigger dreams and aspirations, we have re-branded ourselves as “Purple PropShop”. We intend to significantly scale up our operations over the next couple of years and take our presence to beyond Kolkata & East India.

Navneet Baheti, CEO and Co-Founder, is an MBA from IISWBM & Cost Accountant and has nearly 20 years of work experience, 13 of which was in the corporate sphere and 7 years as an Entrepreneur. Prior to his journey in the field of Real Estate Marketing as an Entrepreneur, Navneet was the Chief Manager (managing mortgages & unsecured loan business) with ICICI Bank, the largest private sector bank in India. Before, which he worked for 6 years with Merlin Group, one of the largest real estate developers in Eastern India.

Madhusmita Baheti, Director and Co-Founder, is also an MBA from IISWBM and has an experience of over 12 years in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Team Management & Training with Standard Chartered Bank & HSBC.

They are being assisted in this venture by a team of extremely talented professionals coming with exposure & experience of managing varied businesses. The Team, not only comes with rich corporate exposure & experience, they enjoy tremendous network with many HNIs, Businessmen and Top Corporate Executives.
