Nilanjan completed his schooling from NNVM, Kolkata and completed his graduation from Calcutta University in Science (Human Physiology), post graduation he completed his MBA in Human Resources from Bharatiya Vidaya Bhavan. Nilanjan started his career with IL&FS Group (Orix Japan Corporation) after Orix he joined an European Bank , Société Générale (Indian NBFC Wing, FamilyCredit) as Senior Level Human Resources Officer (Management Cadre, National Level). Nilanjan has confirmed his place in “INDIAN CORPORATE BRAINS AWARD” in the year 2012 by a Indian Top Notch People Consulting Company in association with The Times of India Group. Along with his top brass corporate profile he has been actively involved with the Bengali Professional Theatre Circuit in Kolkata since his school days.
