About Lions BBD Bag Rehab Centre in 188, Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata

Lions BBD Bag Rehab Centre is a unique project of Lion's B.B.D. Bag Foundation and Marwari relief Society. The Centre rehabilitates patients suffering from neurological disorders arising out of spinal/brain injury or disease resulting in paralysis. It provides complete indoor services including physiotherapy,occupational therapy ,nursing care,counselling, healthy nourishment in a homely ambiance. The centre runs not for profit.

Lions B. B. D. Bag Foundation also manages a blood bank situated at Marwari Relief Society, a charitable hospital in the heart of the city of joy. It is state of art facility with complete component separation unit .
The blood bank also has a Mobile Blood Donation Van which is fully air-conditioned and is deployed for walk in donors and donation camps in housing complexes and corporate houses.
