Our main aim is to bring out people's latent photography talent. Photography is not just about point-and-shoot at a birthday bash, or when friends come over for a dinner party, or the mere hangouts with your friends. One of the purposes of this group is to get together at specific places at specific time to capture what they see with their cameras.

Kolkata Turning Lens Photographic Society (KTLPS) - It is a West Bengal Government registered photographic club mainly for people who have an affectivity for photography. KTLPS provides a very friendly and comfortable environment for amateurs, which also includes social and educational benefits for members who would like to pursue and nurture their interest in photography in the future. KTLPS organizes occasional meetings and presentations featured by renowned photographers. Workshops, monthly competitions, annual exhibitions, weekly photo-shoots are also a part of the KTLPS program, and an e-magazine is also published on a monthly basis. KTLPS is open to anyone interested in photography. This is a great way to enhance your photography skills. It isn’t ado to become a member. Even the experience level we possess, for a matter of fact, is that of just a casual amateur. All you need is passion, admiration and love for photography.
