Society for Movement of Human & Democratic Rights established in 4th January, 1998 and Registered in 28th May, 2009 under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act XXVI of 1961 is working with Human & Democratic Rights and National Integration Protection. We are a Non- Government, Non Political, and Human Rights Organization.

Society for Movement of Human & Democratic Rights is a social organisation for the ignored, disregarded, victimized, depressed, tortured people of the society and it cultivates awareness in them with regard to their rights. Our society collects problems, complaints and grievances of the sufferers as also anti-social, anti-governmental activities and places them in front of prevailing government administration, police and courts.
Society for Movement of Human & Democratic Rights is enlisted with NGO Partnership System under Planning Commission of Govt of India and also enlisted with Central Social Welfare Board under Govt of India. We began our activities in a small office in Kolkata, at present we are working in Three States excluding West Bengal and more than Block, Sub-division and district Conveners all over the India (including West Bengal).
Our Society has been observe the World Human Rights Day, World Women’s Day, World Aids Day and above all, as also organizing different meetings, seminars, conventions, conferences, cultural programmed, Youth camps, and judiciary camps.
