Over a Cup of Tea is a Counselling and Psychological Wellness Centre in Camac Street, Kolkata. It is founded by Charvi Jain, a counselling psychologist and a trained psychotherapist who has attained her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Apart from her degree, she is also certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT). She has had a rich experience in counselling while working in varied settings in Mumbai including Family Court- Bandra, Tata Memorial Hospital, Sion Hospital, Manav Seva Sangh (a home for the elderly).

Be it mild mood swings, or severe distress, Over a Cup of Tea takes you through a journey of self discovery, insight and peace. It facilitates in resolving problems, helps in making a decision and promotes personal growth. It also works proactively to promote positive psychology across the lifecycle and works with adults, young people, children and parents to build better relationship & communication skills leading to stronger families and stronger communities.
