The team of iCare is headed by Dr Swati Agarwal Gupta [MBBS, D O (Gold Medalist)], Medical Director and Chief Consultant specialising in Cataract, Glaucoma & LASIK Services. After completing her MBBS and Post Graduation from Medical College, Kolkata, she was Senior Registrar at Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Kolkata from 2009-2010. She was a senior surgeon at Vasan Eye care Hospital from 2011-2015. She is also associated with various charitable institutes viz. Howrah Lions Hospital , Shree Vishudanand Hospital, Marwari Relief Society performing innumerable surgeries since 2009.
