Hi! We are Tchotchke&Jazz. We work really hard to get unique tchotchkes for you at affordable prices.
We promise to turn the world upside down to get you whatever you need.
We are NOT producers or manufacturers. All our products are produced by manufacturers and designed by artists. We act strictly as retailers.

But just like we are committed to bringing you quality products and service, we expect you to respect and abide by our store policies.
We don't have too many rules and regulations, just the following few:
I.) COD- We know all of you loooove COD service. But since we have just started off we do not have COD facility yet. But just like I said, under very very special circumstances we will try and provide you with COD facility but COD charges will be applicable.

II) Payment Method: We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque deposits and cash on delivery during pick-up from our centre in Shyambazar. Message us for bank details and other information.

III) Order Processing Period: After placing your order, please give us 5 days to process your order. Because we are just two tiny ladies with just two pairs of tiny hands!

IV) Preorder Policy: To book the items which are up for Pre-Order, you have to pay a certain amount of advance which will vary product-wise.You can pay the remaining balance amount when the product has been stocked and is ready for delivery. Pre-order items usually take 6-8 weeks to be stocked and delivered.


V) Shipping Charges & Delivery: Shipping is free for locations within West Bengal. However, shipping charges will apply for out-of-state deliveries. Please allow us 10-15days for delivery of your order.

VI) Discount: Simply placing an order during a discount period will not make your order eligible for discount, until at least we start taking orders on COD basis. You have to either book your item by paying an advance or make the entire payment during this discount period to avail the discount.

VII) Upcoming Products- You can book our upcoming products by paying an advance, the amount of which will vary product-wise. You can pay the remaining balance amount when the product has been stocked and is ready for delivery.

VIII) Delivery Time for Upcoming and Pre-Order Products- As the saying goes, 'Good things comes to those who wait'. Keeping that in mind, we would like to ask you to be patient with us. Some products take 2 weeks and some might take upto 6 weeks to be stocked and delivered. Just remember, what we are bringing you in our Santa sack is every bit as unique as you are. So we like to think it's worth the wait!

IX) Return Policy- We have a 15-day return policy on damaged/faulty products but you have to report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email or message us with photos/videos of the damaged product at tchotchkenjazz@gmail.com .

X) Refund Policy: We will refund the amount of returns through bank transfer within 5 days after acceptance of refund request, or store credit.
